Hi i am installing a Stage 4 kit on my 2008 haratige do anyone know what H.P. i can expect. Righ now i have V. and H. big shots and This kit comes with high compression pistons, new barrels, new piston rings, new perfect fit pushrods, a new SE260 cam, new 58mm throttle body, new higher flowing injectors, and screaming eagle heads.
I don't know what to expect but there will be a lot more power than you have now. I'd suggest getting a 2 into pipe also if you want to take full advantage of the stage IV kit.
SE260's have intake closing at 55* ABDC. More of a hp cam than a torque cam. Stage 4 Dyno sheet I'm looking at says 103tq/114hp. That's with a Heavy Breather air cleaner and a Bub 7 2-1 pipe. Some have been opting out for the SE259's for more torque.
The kit i am getting is the S.E Pro Stage IV kit from what i am reading i should get around 115 H.P and 115 lbs of torque. Will see once its done and put on a dyno. For race apps. only but i will be racing to get past the idots on the road
both hp and torque will be over 100 a stage four should be every thing but a stroker kit.I did mine at 800 miles on my bike I am running 257 cams they are mid to high end cams mine runs great. I am running the samson 39 inch fish tales and i do not care about all this hype about loosing hp its all a bunch of crap i got the look i want and as far as lost hp i never noticed it and even if you did whats the big deal most guys act like they have there pink slip on the line every day.
