I'm getting ready to do my 20k service and I'm looking for part numbers for the o-rings and gaskets I need. I have already found the part number for the o-rings that go to the drain plugs on the oil, tranny, and primary. I still need the o-ring for the clutch inspection cover and gasket number for the chain inspection cover.
Note: the clutch cover gasket 25416-99B, is a large O-ring. Harley redesigned this part and replaced it with a circular disk made of thin steel and rubber. I don't have the HD part number but you can see the item in JP Cycles.
Thanks olongapo1. I actually found a parts fiche on Ronnies Harley Davidson website and found all of the numbers I needed. They were showing the clutch cover gasket as 25416-99C now for my bike and it was the circular disk style. Also the primary chain inspection gasket was 60567-90C too. Looks like they changed the suffix from B to C now. I think I have all of the parts and fluids I need to do the 20k service for about $100.
