Vintage HD Horn
I want to put the classic horn Harley sells (part#69005-85t) on my 09 Deluxe. Harley's horn is not really made to replace the original horn as it has limited sound. I have seen a couple of other older threads on the subject but didn't like either idea. I thought maybe I could use the cover off the classic horn and find similar horn it would bolt up with. Anyone have any other ideas. Thanks!!!

There are several cheap replacement horns that you could mod in this way. The chrome grill screws onto a round metal flange, if you have that flange tack welded to a cheap side mount style horn from ebay you can screw the grill right to it as long as the sound disc on the horn doesnt stick out too far. Some of those cheap horns are 115db and should be loud enough
