I'm a Cert Harley tech, and will say its not top of the line shop quality, but for $250-300 it's one hell of a bargin. It's no shop lift, but I own one and it works as advertised for 4 yrs now. Very cheap convenience if you do your own work.
No substitute for a good air shop lift, but I have had all types of bikes on it, and never worried about it. As long as you strap down and aren't too clumsy, the value is second to none. I always check to make sure bike is secured, and the lift never made me feel like it was cheap or it was gonna topple over. Just another opinion. It's my second lift, more for convenience, but I trust it with any bike outside a bagger. Not the air fed, have the foot pump.
Handy lifts , only way to go! They hold their value and always work, lots of add ons available.
As much as I would have liked to have a Handy, I couldn't justify twice the cost over the Titan that I bought. If I made a living with the thing it might have been different but I'm not made of money and wanted to have some money left over for bike mods.
I bought a Handy lift used for 400 bucks and it is the best thing that I ever bought. It makes washing your bike and servicing it so nice. No more bending over to clean your wheels etc...
I looked at the harbor freight lifts but they seemed a little light duty
