I have a 18x8.5 custom wheel with a 250 tire, belt is a ⅛ away from tire. Used my stock spacers , i think your hubs are wrong. It took colorado customs 3 trys to get mine right

Yep, my hubs are 1/4 wider than my rocker ones. Just went to a sprotor to free up space. 12 hours this weekend couldn't get the spacers right. Ill be done Friday night.

i have an avon 250 with the heartland kit and shotguns with no problem on my rocker

I think the 250 is okay, I think my hub/wheel is the issue. It is 1/4 inch wider than my factory one.

I have a 260 vee rubber on the back of mine and it just barely touched the belt. We left the bike on the lift, started it in first gear and let the wheel spin slowly. We took my belt sander and just tweeked the sharp edge that touched the belt and it has been fine. Going on 6k and no issues. Good looking wheels you have. Hope it works out.

I ran a tape measure inside the stock hub and measured from bearing to bearing on the original wheel. U need the same exact measurement on the new wheel for everything to work and be aligned. On my new wheel there was a ½ adapter behind the drive pulley to kick it out a ½" u need that because your stock wheel is ½ smaller than your new wheel
