The ECM shouldn't be sitting under the pillion, it should be under the back half of the rider seat, unless Heritages are drastically different than virtually every other softail I've seen with the seat off. If you are talking about a solo seat in the sense of a C&C Solo or a LePera Barebones, they should fit over top of the ECM the same way the stock seat does. If you mean a sprung solo seat, whoever makes the seat can probably point you to a battery cover to go under the seat that would probably also cover the ECM. I know guys doing a spring seat on sporties had to relocate their ECM's, but I don't think it's strictly necessary on softails.

+1 on above. If you really want to make it go away, it can be relocated to the area in front of the rear tire splash guard. You'll then need to find something to fill the plastic recess in the fender, but the ECM will be gone anyway. There were a coupl threads about this recently, try some of the threads I linked to below, they might be able to help you out a bit more! Good luck, and remember, pics are required or the mod never happened!

Since I know of none that's under the pillion seat, it should be an easy fix.

Unless Ur talking bout the wiring that's under the rear fender.!

Take a look at Mother Road Customs, they offer some great packages for Softails. http://motheroadcustoms.auctivacomme....aspx?sid=4811

Do you have a picture of what wires are under the pillion seat? There is no wires under the rear seat on mine.
