I was looking at the controls too. Looks like it has highway pegs but no pegs under the rear brake pedal. Wonder if he removed them to clear that exhaust.
Good call on the floorboards, will be a better fit for that stlye bike. Check out Wild1 Chubby bars, I'd go with the Knuckle or Beach bars if I was you. Enjoy the addiction you just got yourself involved in.
Hi, little update:
Made my first purchase and got some chubby streetfighter bars.
They are loosely mocked up.
They look cool so far and feel great.
I realize this bike can go almost any direction.
Trying this for now. Also played with the head light some.
Tried a whole bunch of different ones (from black to even a street stalker that I have laying around) and now I'm back to the original one with a new headlight mount. Still playing there.
Cleaning up the wiring also. PO butchered this thing. I took the speedo/ dash off for the wiring and like it exposed and open. Searching for a alternative speedo location solution and some creative ways to leave the tank trough open.
I would prefer to use this vintage S&M lamp company headlight with the amber glass that I have had on a shelf for years. It looks great. Only prob is it is just a shell with glass. I have no idea how to put a lenses/ holder/ bulb into the thing.
