Default Kudos for J & S Jacks

I wanted to relay an experience I had with J & S.
I bought a new jack from them last summer to work on mine and my wife's
Deluxe.

Last night as I was installing wheel bearings and i noticed jack oil on my floor and found it to be from the hydraulic jack plunger assembly. No big deal but I sent an e-mail to them late last night explaining the problem.
This morning when I was checking my e-mails there was one from Cheryl at J & S stating a new one was already on its way via FedEx no questions asked.

What great customer service and they do stand behind there warranty!
Am not use to being treated in this manner and just wanted to pass along to very one here how well they take care of business.

Always good to hear about great customer service. Are they sending you an entire new jack, or just the the parts that need to be fixed? And are they asking you to return anything back to them?

Had a similar experience with them last year. Had the jack for 2 years and the bottle jack died. They sent a new one overnight, no charge.

I own a Harbor freight jack. My son, after seeing me struggle with that jack decided to buy me one for my birthday which was the first of the month. To my surprise it was a J and S jack. The only part that had to be installed was the bottle. It looks as though it is well put together and it rolls effortlessly. Haven't had a chance to use it yet but he hit a homerun with that gift this year. Guess I'll show him how much I appreciate the gift by letting him clean my sled next weekend.

Heard this same level of Customer Service quite a few times...even though the bottle jack is only covered for 1-yr, call & they take action.

Love my J&S jack. Makes pretty much any job I have to do on my bike a hell of a lot easier. Rolls great and is rock-solid stable.

Glad to hear you didn't get "jacked" around.

Sorry, I couldn't help it. Enjoy your jack.
