Did you use stock risers? If so do you have a problem with the bars moving around at all? Thanks for the help.
Yes...stock risers. I am having some problems with slippage. I even cranked up past the torque spec high of 18 ft lbs to about 21 ft lbs. A harsh bump in the road would cause the bars to slip back slightly. I'm looking into drilling/tapping the risers and installing some set screws to eliminate this.
The bars are awesome...quality work and incredible price.
Installed 16in Road 6 Bars, absolutely love em. It changed the ride of the bike in a good way and i installed all new cables.
The stock risers are a problem, I screwed with them for a few months, installed helicoils and finally broke down and bought some quality Wild 1 Chubby risers, ...problem solved. Best of luck.
