Congrats on the new Heritage. Turquoise and white tins will make that Heritage stand out.
It's eery how similar our stories are. In the late 60's, when I was in elementary school, a neightbor had a '58 Chevy Corvette in black and white. I would stare at it in his driveway. It was an awesome sight. Hence, I had the tins on my 2012 Heritage painted black and white. I also have 28 1/2" Samsons. Mine are fishtails with non-removable baffles, though.
Post pics of the bike when the tins are on.
Cool! Weird how we can carry an image for years, even decades like that.
I really like how yours turned out. I wanted the fish tails also, but also wanted the removable baffles that are only available on the long tails.

Kevin, you should fab up a foot clutch and tank/jockey shiftier setup. Not much available out there.
Yep, I would stop on the way home from school and sit on the curb on Westminster Blvd. (right in front of the head shop lol) and wait for them to ride by. Awesome sound and sight!
Never thought about fabbing up a foot clutch and jockey shifter...we are booked thru August on our new product development...but I will bring it up with Devin...see if he wants to test it...I don't know that I do...that's a bug that has never bitten me.
Just got all my part together and will be transforming my bike in the next few weeks. I went with the Samson S2-440's. Gonna add an Accel self learning module. Also bought the Baggertail mounts to go with my new set of Boss 50 bags and they look sweet.
