I believe that rule applies to OEM parts. Not accessories. Chrome bling is considered an accessory.

LOL, I don't consider chrome bling an accessory, its a necessity!

Same as stock just chrome. Harley doesn't make them for my bike has anyone used something from another bike?
Harley makes them but they are spendy. You can try ebay, I see some there from time to time or send them off. I sent mine off to be chromed. They are not an easy part to do so I have seen some that didn't look that good to me.

I was looking for the nostalgic softail nostalgic speedo tach combo for my 05 Deluxe .. Not available anymore . Can't find it anywhere. I've been looking hor 3years? harley 74556-04

Quick internet search shows several places that list them in stock?

Here's one on ebay.
