Shotgun Install
Installed my Shotgun yesterday, in general an easy install. The only hangups were getting the right shoulder bolt torqued down, positioning the compressor and running the harness, lol. It's all pretty straight forward if you take a moment at each step and run through things before starting. THe thing that gave me the most pause was right at the end with the switch. All hooked up and ready to test only to realize that there was no stationary setting on the switches. A conversation with JD today confirmed that's how they're shipped now because of too many burned compressors from forgetting it in the up position while riding.
A solid piece of work this Shock.....Quality!!!!!!

Obama disapproves lol
I had the same question about the switch when I installed my Shotgun Shock last month, but I liked the way it worked and love the shock so I never called JD about it. It's good to now know why it was different than advertised.
