Default Build update...

So here is a lil update on the first day (or should I say what turned into a 19 hr garage session)....haha! The tear down and mock up of a lot of different ideas were thrown around last night as well as some polishing, buffing, re-wiring, additions of new parts. I will say this project has opened up into a two part build now. The original bagger is still going to happen but as the second portion. We dropped from the 21" front to the 16x3 in the front with the addition to the new 12" fat Flanders apes and this bike was screaming BOBBER!!! Now that being said like previously stated I have the cycle visions hard bag set up (for the softails). However with the possibility of a close start up to our own custom LLC here....we are going to rip a new twist to this. Hopefully my words dont bite me here but be ready for a sweet new bagger system come end of summer! I know there are only so many ways two do it some will say and who knows maybe they are right and maybe someone has attempted it or already has something like it but we have yet to find it. So yes ill leave the suspense on that on. Also the Donnie Smith Show was Sat... and with all the baggers that are running i needed to stand out away from them while doing this hence the bobber style. With that its still going to be a sick build and you will still get the just of whats going on when i get some pics up (gotta change all the sizes of them first). Try to have them up later today!

My dash is the stock one with the speedo in it. Tach on the T-bars til I get a Dakota Digital. Jreichart in here just did a dash elimination/relocation project on his bike, you might want to check it out for an idea. I'm sure you've found out by now there is no room for playing around under the dash.

K...sorry there been a lil busy around here and didnt get much time to get some pics up but this is what i have gotten downloaded for now. Been a lil rough the last week, my buddy that is working with me in his garage had his dad pass away few days ago. So even though it was terminal and then knew it was coming, it took a blow. Guy loved to ride and recently bought a new bike as weel last year. So this has kinda turned into a memorial build looks like as well. I made an album with the pics so far in it on my profile, because i dunno if ya can up load that many images on here and i dont wanna take up that much space. But ill put one up. Anyway if yall drink, make a lil toast...or just crack a throttle for him. Thanks. R.I.P. Gary Schmidt 1961-2013
