V&H BSS vs Thunderheader

V&H BSS vs Thunderheader
I have a set of the chrome V&H Big Shots Staggered on my 07 Train now and I like the way they sound, not too loud for me. I don't like the look though and I was thinking of a Thunderheader.
My question is the Thunderheader as loud as the BSS? I am not one who thinks my bike is too loud, I like it loud. Like the look of the Thunderheader and I hear better low end torque but I don't want it any quieter. Any one who has compared the two please let me know.
Another option I have is to change my heat shields on my BSS to black.

Ur one of the very few that actually LIKES the looks of the TH'ers..
I know that are pretty good performers, but I've only seen a 2-3 bikes around here that had them and I've never actually heard any of them running.
