Here in Cali there's plenty of 23s and 26s riding around... In fact my local shop had 2 of them in last week.

But to quote my Indy in response to my question about handling - people put 26s on for the same reason others ride rigid. Bikes look cool and are great for show and bar hopping..not riding.

I used to think this also, BUT was proven wrong. A bike with a 26 or bigger wheel needs to be raked properly for the ride to be good. Slapping a set of raked trees will not do the trick. Cutting and extending of neck will need to be done.

Nice !!! Do you know what was needed to make this happen. Rake,tree's etc. It appears to be all stock , just lowered in the front.

He customized the fender by adding about an inch and a half to it. Also lowered the front end.
