It's a 9"wide fender. So here it is mounted again to check the cuts. It still needs a little work, but its matching up fairly well for the first round...

Here is the cut for the ignition module and the insert we made to put in it. I should have it all welded up today and will start prepping it for paint...

Here is the insert Tacked in. We checked for clearance with the rear tire using a ratchet strap. We cinched it down until the swing arm bottomed out on the stopper on the frame. Final touch up and sanding followed. Ive got my kids this weekend, so Ill be back at it on Monday. The tank will come off and I can start on soldering the wires for the new bars...

I threaded the bracket itself to help it fit behind the horn cover

I used this stud with some jam nuts to attach the whole thing to the horn cover. The flat spot on the one nut is to help fitment and prevent it from backing out...
