I loosened up floor board bolts so they move freely. the scared look on peoples face when you come around corner is pretty funny, plus you can tell everyone you ride harder than them just listen to me!
LoL i love scraping at night time its even better.
Finally, decided to go with the LO and rode it home today. Rode so nice I wound up taking a 100 mile detour from the dealer to home. Thanks everyone for the feedback and advice.
Good call on the lo...I love mine. Until you get used to the scraping, think about it going into turns so it doesn't startle you and straighten up. Then start trying to scrape 'em!!
I bought the 2013 110th Anniversary Fat Boy Lo last September. Best bike I've ever ridden. Perfect for an older guy about 5 foot 8. I can move it around with ease, flat footed. Put on the V&H Big Radius pipes and it is perfect.
I saw the Anniversary edition in the showroom when I first started looking. Very nice color combo, and love the tank emblem. I was definitely tempted but ultimately wanted the all-black.
Absolutely loving the bike. But being an older guy myself my back starts getting unhappy with me on the longer ride. I think my first add-on after a windshield is a seat with a driver backrest.
