help with a 21 inch wheel
I just bought a arlen ness rim and avon tire for my 2004 HD low rider FXDLI the problem is I think my fender will hit the tire, what kind of spacers do i need to raise my fender up I have check many web sites and can't find anything that will help, I dont want to buy a new fender if i can help it,,can someone help me with this? Thank you.

If the low rider has the same fender as the rest of the "narrow glide" dynas and sportsters you should be fine with the 21" wheel. I put a 21" on my 04 sportster and it fit under the stock fender with no issues.

what size rim can i go with
should i put a 2.15 rim or the 2.50 rim with the 21 inch tire on my 2004 low rider and will it bolt up to the forks ok, the stock rim size is 2.15. I was told that the 2.15 x 21 inch rim has a max tire size of 90/90/21 but the 2.50 rim can go with the 100/90/21,,, the bottom line is i want the 21 inch tire with the 100/90 tire, will this fit hope some body can help with this ,

The chart I'm gonna post here says 90/90-21 is as big a tire that will fit a 21x2.15 wheel. Your results may vary.

OK I know the chart says standard for the low rider 2004 rim is 19x2.5 and the tire is 1oo/90/19, and the max for that bike is 21 inch rim 2.15 and the tire is 90/90/21, my question is why not the 100/90/21 tire fit the 21 inch
