I ordered the oldschool springer bags ,and had a problem with one of the straps that the buckle was attached too. I sent them back and they made it right. It was a pain, but I really like the bags.I don't have much luck ordering stuff on line.
I decided to give them a try since I had read so many reviews of how good their products are. BUT "we can have them to you in 4 - 6 weeks" turned into "it's gonna be a while" after 6 weeks had passed. If they had told me "4 months" or however long they plan to take, I could have chosen for myself whether I wanted to wait that long and, if so, I could have planned around it. Pretty irritating. I hope they're having fun with the thousand bucks they charged to my credit card.
When I told them to cancel the order and refund my money they cried about how much that would hurt them as a small business and refused to do it. Nevermind they didn't deliver as they said the would. Then the guy has the nerve to tell me how much he'll have to pay to express-ship the bags to me when they're done, as if he's doing me a favor. Guess what: I already paid you a good-sized pile of money for this and you missed the due date that you set and I planned around, so get down off the cross and finish my bags. Or, better yet, refund my money.
Meanwhile, my buddy ordered a set from Leather Pros and they showed up two days later. So, I ride around with all my s$%# bungeed on the back and wishing I had just ordered Leather Pros instead. At this point I'm just about ready to go ahead and order the Leather Pros so I can retire my bungees, then just eBay the Hog Deluxe bags if/when they ever show up.

That's too bad, their stuff looks really nice. I thought about ordering from Hog Deluxe 'til I started reading this thread. Went with Garage Leathers instead, great quality, really thick leather & less than a week to my door!
I bought a set of Hog Deluxe Springer Bags on EBay at a discounted price and I am very happy with the look and quality of the bags. However, I didn't order directly from Hog Deluxe. SJ Ron
I knew the long wait time going in from the post on this forum but I went ahead and placed an order with Hog Deluxe. They were very friendly while I placed my order and seem genuinely pleased to have my business.
I was told turn around time on my order would be 3 weeks. I knew from the get go that was a line they were feeding me. I wish they could be up front when someone places an order and give an honest estimate of time it will take to place an order.
The 3 weeks passed a week ago and it took 3 calls to them to get a response. I was told a leather shipment to them was delayed so it will be a couple more weeks. We will see.
I have already made one half of the total payment for the bags and while it may take some time I will be patient. I think their Heritage style bags are the best looking and the quality looks excellent.
If I was in a big hurry for a set of bags I would probably look elsewhere though. I have had my new Deluxe for 7 months now and plan on keeping it for a long time and the Hog Deluxe bags are the ones I wanted for my ride.
