Default Chain drive

I have a 52t or a 53t alum on the rear, I think 24t on front. I have a mech spedo, it
drives off the front wheel. look at an FXR it uses a chain drive setup. the rear is a 1/2"
offset and 51t.

I'm in the middle of my chain conversion on my Crossbones. Currently I'm using the 23t.500 baker front sprocket, I have spacers on the rear adding up to .944 although I think I need about .050 more. It lines up well and feels smooth. I'm running the chain a little loose so as not to bind or kink anything until I get it absolutly right. I saw a guy on the forum that machined his rear pulley to .650 and used it as a spacer with a .200 front offset. he says he's been rolling with it for a year with no problems.
