Says your location is ****... Sounds like fun!
Doubt I'll be able to go this year man. I want to, but everything is stacked at home, and its getting worse by the day. Landscaping and painting have sucked up the better part of my money.
Did this because I wanted one and I couldn't afford to pay for it lol.
Hey what a great idea, nice work. Cudos for just DOING it
Now I want one.....sigh
I said, I've been wanting one for a while. I hated the stock piece. I read this thread from Harleycrusier and decided it might not be as hard as I thought. I figured it's only leather.
Looks real good!! I like leather but have never learned to work with it.
Nice job!!
That's why I thought it would be to share. I have/had NO experience with leather either. Got the idea and just started playing with scrap. Once I figured out what did what, I started the real thing. YouTube is a great place to get tips too.
I can't sew, so I think I may make I sissy bar bag next. Learn new skills as I go. Also, I have some chaps that have a broken zipper. I might try my hand at repairing those too. The leather isn't so scary anymore.
