i'm just a lil concern about the heritage i have set and rode on one and they are big i don't wanna get something that's too big for me to hold up i'm 5'10 200lbs i can hold the deluxe up
I'm only 5' 6 1/2" and weigh 174 lbs and have no problem with my Heritage...the seat height is only 25.5"...either way it just boils down to personal preference. I like that the Heritage includes a windshield, bags and a rear passenger backrest that can be removed if you want to ride solo.
They are both great bikes whatever your final decision may be...

i'm more then likely gonna roll with the deluxe i have fell in love with it it seems to suit me better.
I have both bikes -- they are very similar. The Heritage sits you one inch higher (but you can lower the Heritage which is what I did). The Heritage comes with windshield, backrest and saddlebags. All items you can buy for the Deluxe (which I did) or sell if you don't want them (I sold the studded saddlebags on EBay for the Heritage $400). The Heritage isn't "bigger" than the Deluxe. However, the Deluxe sits you lower and the seat on the Deluxe (which I personally hated) sits you practically on the tank. I dumped the Deluxe seat. The stock Heritage bars and seat are more comfortable. I have dumped the stock seat, bars, and exhaust on both bikes. I lowered the Heritage. So, now, the bikes are very similar. SJ Ron

really the hertiage feels bigger to me but i have never really set on the deluxe either if you're saying i can lower the rear shocks it will sit like the deluxe thats one of the things i like about the deluxe its got that old look and how it kind of lowers in the back they are both great bikes i have to pick something thats going to last me for a long time and allow me to customize it..
When I bought my Heritage, the Deluxe wasn't offered so I didn't have that choice. It's funny that my vision for it was alot like a deluxe. I do love the ability to strip down the Heritage to solo in just a couple of minutes. If you 2-up the Heritage is prob the best bang for your buck. I have a mustang touring seat that really helped.
Now that I have a limited I am wanting to do some more things to the Heritage since I will probably only use it solo for short trips. They are both really nice bikes.
Do not worry about your height and either of the bikes stature. I am only 5'6" and have no problems with Heritage and it isn't real bad with Limited.
welp think im go with the hertiage i did this on HD website pretty standard but i will be custom it soon as i get it i whent with the white cause of the chrome but black also always gose good with chrome too..
