Pure-gas site is OK, but when you are riding and NEED gas now, you may only get E-15. I spoke with my shop/tuner and he said I may hear some spark knock, and if so they would back off the timing a bit.
If something break, I am sending the bill to the EPA.
I don't know why you would hear more spark knock since ethanol has a much higher octane.
OP,
If you're running a tuner with a relatively rich tune, I doubt you'll notice a difference (other than possibly less black smoke when you hit it) ethanol requires a richer mixture (like alcohol)
It wouldn't surprise me if HD came out with new maps as ethanol % increase.
Good luck getting the EPA to pay for the repair bills. HD and the auto manufacturers have all stated E-15 will damage the engines and will not pay for repairs. The government knows better because the lobbyist said so.
The government needs to protect the borders, deliver the mail and stay the f*&^ out of our way.
If you're going to spend your money on something ... Think about joining the A.M.A. They are constantly going to battle with "Big Brother" over legislation/laws/regulations effecting motorcyclists!
E-10 is what we run now in lots of locations in the US. E-15 probably won't make a difference. Not sure on bikes but I believe 2007 and up cars are designed for E-15.
Big debate on Chargerforums about E-85 causing damage or not.

Great place to live but the liberals in government are clinically insane.
