Monster Build... Rockers?
Help! My wrencher friend is just finishing a 114 build with my 2002 fat boy. I am being told that there is a lot of noise coming from the rocker box and now may be faced with rocker work. Cams and head work were done to match 114, nothing but the case boring and crank weld were also done. Cams are big. What direction should I be headed with Rockers? Any feedback, please?

Yes, the heads were all done up. My mechanic said that he hears the noise coming directly from the rockers. I am reading on the other posts that the lifters end play have a roll in some noise. My wrencher friend says that there is something going on for sure with rockers. I have also read that the only time that you need upgraded rockers is when the larger cams come into play.
