Btw I have the same bike and color and love mine! Congrats!
Not sure how to post a vid clip but I'll try here, if it doesn't work I have two clips of the exhaust posted on YouTube...1 with the unwrapped Bassani baffles and 1 with the Bassani's out and replaced with Big City Thunder Monster Head Pipe baffles. Search for "Breakout with Bassani Firepower" and it should pop up, look for the black bike.

I'm confused about your videos, as I'm not that smart.

The first video looks like the stock pipes with a Bassani slip-on? Is this correct? Reason being, and I'm new to this but it looks like the factory black powdercoated heat shield is still on it.

The second video shows an all chrome exhaust? Is that the same slip-ons with the heat shield removed and the Bassani Baffles removed and replaced with BCT baffles?

Thanks for your help.....sounds great btw!

You're correct, the bassani firepower's are exactly the same size as stock so i was able to reuse the stock heat shields over the slip ons. they are the same slip ons in both vid's but in the 2nd vid I just left the stock shields off in case I didn't like the sound of he BCT's. It's easier to grab hold off the slip ons without the shields and since its only two straps its wasn't a big deal removing and replacing. 2nd vid is BCT header pipe baffles, which I have since removed. I am now running no baffles at all, and over the winter will upgrade to a full exhaust once more options (more than VH 2-2 big radius, anyway) come available. Nothing against them but they're not for me. I found some vid's of bassani pro street's with turnout's, and samson ground pounders and rip saw's that intrigue me.

Thanks for the clarification. Any chance you can post a video of the Bassani with no baffles like you have it now? Also, did you do a tuner upgrade with the slip-on?

I had the mapping done for stage one and slip ons, if that includes tuner upgrade I wouldn't know to be honest.

Breakout with Bassani Slip On no baffles - YouTube
Sounds great. Four more questions then I'll leave you alone, haha.

1) Did you have a choice on the slip-on exhaust tip (there website appears to give you different options)?
2) Do you notice any popping under acceleration/deceleration with the HD map upgrade for Stage 1?
3) What was the determining factor for you removing the baffles all together (was the BCT too loud, Bassani too soft, removal just right)?
4) How is the exhaust at highway speeds (quiet until you turn the throttle or loud all the time)?

1) Yes. You can get the different tips from what I understand and switch them out.
2) Some popping on decel, yes, especially when you go to do the macho man "under the bridge" thing or the "bike night parking lot" thing that most of us like to do.
3) With baffles, the start up and idle didn't have that HD sound and baffle-less is just right for that.
4) but baffle-less is louder than hell on accel and when wide open. Rings my ears. I tried to imitate what the highway sound would be like by holding the throttle open (see :54 sec mark) but its not the same. It's really almost to the point of being totally obnoxious, which I don't really like. i think anyone riding behind you will end up dropping way back, I do that when riding w guys that are riding sans baffles as well. My gal will not like it either once I take her for the first ride.
5) I normally would not run baffle-less, however I'm waiting on Vance and Hines to update their models, there's something about that brand that's perfect all around even when baffles are in.
