picked up the 02 standard, chrome engine case, swingarm and belt guard, sort of an emerald or forest green with black and red pinstripe..love this thing..runs good..looks fantastic..glad I got this ..was almost gonna get a new sport1200c..this to me is twice the bike, of course I would feel this way now right

Unless you think it should be able tooutrunsomething like an R1 the Standard is one of the bestmotorcycles on the planet.
Best of all is that its an excellent blank canvas, ready to become whateveryour wallet can affort to let you make it into.

Went in to the dealership looking for a Fatboy, almost left with a Deuce, but when the dust settled I rode off on a Standard andhaven't regretted my choice for a minute...I wouldn't trade my Standard for anything...except for maybe a WCC El Diablo [sm=shades.gif]
