Define 'Blacked Out'?
You could be right. Someday everyone that has went to the dark side may want to revert back to chrome.
A great product for those that aren't quite ready to make their Black-Out permanent is PlastiDip. This stuff is amazing for covering up chrome with a nice denim black appearance and peels right off if you wish to reverse your decision. I have used it on my rear struts, triple trees, fork lowers, coil cover, horn, etc. There are many posts on the forum about it if anyone is interested in further information.

Good point on the whole going back to chrome, but I didn't black out my bike, it came that way. If in the future I want to go to chrome I can take my part and get them plated. People do it all the time, there's no need to buy new parts for a different finish.
The PlastiDip stuff sounds cool but I've never seen it and don't know where to buy it.
As far as who has the most blacked/murdered out bike... I feel I'm in the running at the very lest. I can count on one hand all the chrome pieces, and they're so small they'll fit in that one hand.

And I am toying with idea of a dark green metal flake. In a couple weeks my build will finally be finished and time to think about what to do about denim black scratches caused mostly by shops and me messing around during the build. Repaint and TLC the demim black from there on...or become a waxer!
