2003 Heritage, V/H longshots w/Baff, Kuryakyn Hypercharger intake, 95 in. big bore kit, high comp. piston, 203 cam, powercommander installed. When using Map 805-069 Stock ECM slight backfire on deceleration, runs worse when using maps 805-068 stage 1 ECM and 805-092 Stage 2 ECM. Does anyone have the same prolem and or solution other than custom map. Thanks for any help

There are a lot of reasons for the pop (backfire) on decel. I had the same probblem on mine. You should find that you can control it by rolling off the throttle instead of chopping it. There are lots of threads in here about this issue, try doing a search or call DynoJet they'll help you get rid of it.
Like Cowboy Harry said, "The first thing to look for is an exhaust leak".
You can learn to ride it so you roll off the throttle easy to minimize the popping, or have the machine dyno tuned. If you have a "canned map" that you are happy with you can also do some adjusting to your map to rid the popping also. My bike popped big time on decel, but with help from the great people here on the HD Forum I was able to adjust my dyno tuned map in the 0% column so now she just gurgles on decel, weather I roll off hard or fast or slow, no popping.
I ended up with 0's in the 500-1250 RPM range in the 0% column ONLY. I put 15's in the 1500-4000 RPM range. From 4250 RPM on up...all 0's. I changed NOTHING else on the map.
Save the map you like FIRST..then do your changes even starting at say 20 in the desired RPM ranges, then ride it and come down slowly on the numbers...18,,,then 16,,then 14...all just examples mind you, but the point is, when the popping starts again, you know what values to put where.
Hope this has helped,
Ride safe..
Do what soft06 says. Fixes every time. Put in 20 and leave it. If you do like soft06 say's the bike will not feel like you have shut off the ign switch after chopping the throttle.
