Default Buying Some New Bars

Hey Everyone,

I am looking to replace the bars on my '01 Deuce. I am 99% sure I am going to go with the Carlini Clean Sweeps, 1 1/2inch with 7inch rise. I had just a few questions I was hoping someone could help me out with.

I was curious if there was anything else I needed to buy with them?

Will all the wiring be able to be ran inside of these bars?

Also has anyone ever had this done at the dealership and how much should I expect to pay??

Thanks for all the help.

-Dennis

Default RE: Buying Some New Bars

Running the wires inside the bars is a great way to go. I just did some Wild One W502s Chubbys and they came pre drilled... I had to replace the Clutch, Brake, & Throt cables, so I went with braded steel. Did it all my self at a very slow/cautious pace and kicked it out in three days ( about five hours per day.

The Dealer wanted a smooth $1,000 in labor. So in doing the job my self I was able to by extra bling ( cables & chrome switch housing ) and still come out ahead....
