This nature shot challenge is awesome. I say keep it goin its better than taking pics of nothing in town. Businesses are ruined and there is not much to do in the city anyhow. We met all kinda bikers out in the country these last few weeks. Seems we all have the same idea 😎
Took a break here to get some wildlife involved in the nature challenge. Ruined these guy's day probably as they were about to get lucky,,, I think,, breeding season is in full swing here, this was about the 3rd or 4th group I seen today.
This was not a very good picture, but this Jake caught me off guard rolling up on him and trying to get my G7X camera outa my vest pocket, I barley got a shot off after turning the camera on, and slowing down from 60 mph to keep from getting up on him to soon, I almost didn't get a shot at all! So fer yer pleasure, not very good, but it was pretty cool in live action. The picture above is just behind him on that curve to the left, I think he was going to try and get sloppy seconds when the big boys finished their jobs. I'm sure I ruined all their plans,,,,,
Spitzegeschosse is correct, wallabies do not get that big. It is a Kangaroo and they get pretty big in that area. Also around that area there are wild feral camels and emus (huge flightless birds), you do not want to hit any of them on your bike however the hotel we stayed at there sold them all on the dinner menu.
