Francesco's Trattoria in East Islip, NY is my favorite every-day restaurant. It doesn't look like much outside, up front is a small functional pizza parlor, the back room is a decent looking dining room. The food though... if you paid $100 per plate, had servers in tuxedos, valet parking, etc. you would be glad to get food of Francesco's quality.
