Since nobody expressed a desire to extend this, I'll issue a new challenge per the original rules. (After 5 days, the next person to post can issue a new challenge.)
If nobody can find this within the time frame, *I* will step up and find at least one.
I want to see a blacksmith's shop. Glasses, bandanna, helmet, or forging hammer/tongs on the seat.

Sucks bad - I hated to see a bust on something like that. Probably this upcoming Friday, one of my brothers will be out with one of their antique scoots, and I'll get a photo then, just 'cause.
For the new challenge, I figured I'd "put my money where my mouth is" and go snag a pic of a blacksmith's shop.
I knew where there was one, and we flew over there. Turns out, it was a bust - he just changed the ancient sign out front, and it now reads that is a welding shop. It's still got the big anvil and forging tools in it, but they're closed today, and I couldn't get photographic evidence of that. Bummer...
So... we went looking all over hell and back.

That photo is just to show it CAN be done. It ISN'T to complete the challenge. (We did put glasses on the seat 'cause that's how we do things here, just to show it's a new photo!)

The challenger can post an example pic, but If allowed to win, the challenger could always post challenges that pics had already been taken. Anyway, that's how it's done in the Dyna challenge thread... May be different for Softails...

Wow hard to believe that challenge failed. Maybe it is that I live in Milwaukee but I see classics of all make and models daily. Heck co-worker has three in his garage. Out of town but when I get back later this week I will throw one up just cause.

Subscribed. This is the best thread I've seen in awhile. Read the whole thing. Awesome pics and funny stuff. Looks like it's slowed down a bit though. I can't believe the last challenge wasn't met. I coulda done that one where my bike is currently parked (1948 all-original panhead sitting right there). Too bad my bike's inspection tags are currently expired. Gotta wait for some time off so I can get that done and be able to ride...
