Rats... I have a beauty down the road a ways - it's a triple, 20' tall programmable job in front of a strip mall but for some reason it's not on today...

Here you go, the fountain at the entrance of Allegheny Cemetery, in old historic Lawrenceville, on the outskirts of Pittsburgh...

From the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette
July 11, 2010
COMPLETED: 1872
DETAILS: This is surely one of the oldest fountains in the city, though it's been rebuilt since it was first christened.
In 1872, the fountain -- an ornate cast-iron centerpiece anchored by a concrete basin -- was built near the Butler Street entrance of Allegheny Cemetery.
Over the following century, it fell into disrepair, the water was shut off and the basin was filled with dirt and used as a planter.
But in September 1982, the restored fountain was rededicated by then-Mayor Richard Caliguiri and the Allegheny Cemetery Historical Association.
A Post-Gazette article from that year said "the new fountain, designed by Imperial Bronzelite of San Marcos, Texas, features a series of pulsating, high-pressure brass jets to pump water 20 feet high at a rate of 335 gallons a minute."
The cast-iron corner vases from the original fountain were salvaged and used in the new version, but the old cast-iron centerpiece had been destroyed.
The fountain, and several other cemetery improvements, cost about $1 million.

From the Allegheny Cemetery website:
"..Conceived in the minds of Pittsburgh's leading families and businessmen in 1844, Allegheny Cemetery was created to be far more than the typical country burying grounds of that age.

After its incorporation, 100 acres were purchased and the first interment took place in 1845. Today, Allegheny Cemetery encompasses 300 acres with over 15 miles of roadways. Of that 300 acres, 100 acres remain for future development, making Allegheny not only one of the most affordable but accessible cemeteries in the greater Pittsburgh area.

Many of the famous of Pittsburgh are buried here, those who had local wealth and power, those nationally known as Stephen Collins Foster and Lillian Russell, even founders of major industries such as Samuel Kier for petroleum and Alfred E. Hunt for aluminum. Thus, the Cemetery has the power to evoke the complex and remarkable history of this region...."

...this one would have been great had the challenge been a week earlier...

Being as I have 6 pets myself (all rescues), how about your bike outside a no-kill animal shelter, w/GOS
Bonus points for a pooch in the photo...

From there FAQ on their website.

Is your facility a "no-kill" animal shelter? Because we are first and foremost a public safety agency, we do not have the luxury of deciding which animals we choose to help. We respond to numerous service requests for ill, injured or aggressive animals. Not every animal in our facility is healthy enough or safe enough to place into a new home. Happily our adoption center is a very busy place with well over 97% of our healthy, friendly animals finding their forever homes.

Based on the response you are probably pointing out that it is not a no-kill shelter but if the placement is 97% thats great, and I honestly doubt any shelter does not put down a sick/ill animal.
