Default Tach on street slammer bars

Anyone install a tach on drag bars? I have an 07 Fatboy and installed street slammer bars. I would like a tach, but I am unsure how it would look ontop of the bars?
If anyone has any pictures of this or suggestions. I would appreciate it.

Chops has one on the drag bars of his Fattie. Looks cool. Check it out here:

Thanks for the reply.
Heres another question. Is it possible to turn the internal dial on any model of tachs? say if I wanted to mount iot on the underside of the bars, so it would be upside down?

I can't say for sure on "any" tach, but it seems that the tachs are sold separately from the mounts so I would guess you can mount the tach in any orientation that works for you. But that's only a guess. Check with the mfr of the tach/mount you're looking at...

Putting the case upside down and putting the tach in right side up might not be a problem. But I wonder if that might put the hole in the case for the wires on top where water could get in easier.
And is there enough room (height & width) between the risers for the tach case, and if it can will ithit the tank or speedo housing at full lock?

Good points. Thanks.
I'm looking at the mini tach. I thought maybe someone might have done this already. I'll have to call the Mfg. and ask the question.
Thank you.

From what I've seen, I thought the tach housing was part of the tach with the wires feeding through the back of the housing. I am under the impression that the mounts are simply fittings with a hole the size of the tach body to fit through so the wiring / orientation shouldn't be a problem other than the potential clearance issues you bring up. Again, I don't have a tach so I can't say for sure. I'm just going by memory and I could be wrong...
