Default Lift table help

Bought a lift table from Harbor Frieght not the best in the world but sturdy and functional with some upgrades I feel it will be really good. But I desperately need to change the front wheel clamp and was hoping to get some feedback from some others who may have bought this table and upgraded the front wheel clamp.

I use the same wheel chock as above on my HF table and it works great.

I too have that exact same one, works great for my 130 and larger tire bikes. Not so great for my skinny 80 FXSTI tire. I think I'll just insert a wood fabed up block for the smaller tire.

Been thinking of getting one of those HF tables. What don't you like about it?

The table is really good the things I plan to fix are the front wheel clamp obviously and the detachable ramp needs some tread tape in case the rear tire is wet because the gloss paint is pretty slick. We put my brothers xbones up on it and it went up really well. Feels very stable at full height and has casters some it moves when you want to move it. Plus they had a great sale on the 4th of July and it was only 329.00. Hard to pass up.

That's what my friend did with his lift table. Made his own wheel chock that he can adjust to fit a narrower tire like his Rocker and my Train have, but can be adjusted to hold his 240 rear tire if needed.

I have the other wheel clamp HF sells. Works ok and doesn't take up much room.

I changed out the vise on my table for a wheel chock. I park my bike on the table and it became a real pain getting the bike in and out of the chock and on and off the table. After a time, I went back to the vise and started using a scissors jack to stabilize the bike. I place the jack in front of the rear wheel for parking and maintenance. The bike is rock solid. Also, I found removing the front wheel for service is much easier with the vise.
