shorting out!!
hi guys..
here is my situation,, was playing around with my air ride suspension(95 softail)
its the shotgun shock..
as i was playing with adjustments.. i had a cloud of smoke come from under my seat..
removed seat.. looked like my 30amp circut breaker , it cam loose from its clamp on rear fender shroud . the contacts were not protected , so i figure it contacted the frame (neg /pos connector )
my wire from circut breaker to starter was completed toast.. so installed new wire..
installed battery... now i get serious sparks when triing to install my neg battery terminal..
so im shorted somewhere else...
any clues as to where to start?
connections are tight.. and clean..but could it have affected something else?
