I really like what U've done so far. Those fenders are what MoCo should have put on the Bones from the beginning and the bags and shield U added just flows great with the looks of the bike.
As far as the Speedo. I like Ur stock one, actually its just like my 07 Heritage, But if U want a change Id pick (A), Mostly cause it'd be maybe a little easier to read with the middle being black and having a white needle with the red tip.

Option A, FLSTN speedo, but black out some other bars. Get some retro sissy bars, all bent up mini-apes. Beach bars don't look right on a springer front, whether they're black or not.
