So, I'm not new to the Harley scene, but just new to the Softtail scene. I moved from a Sporty 1200 to a 96ci Fatty Lo at the beginning of this year.
Here's a stock pic of the day I picked it up.
And here it is as it sits now
I had the front end painted. Sissy bar painted, but it's not on currently. I had 14" J&P apes installed. A K&N RK series AC, removed the baffles from the Rush slip ons, and tuned it using the Dynojet Power Vision. And a few other cosmetics here and there.
I've put almost 2K miles on since I bought it Dec 31, 2012.
This is a totally different ride than the Sporty. And moves me around much easier. The Sporty just wasn't enough bike for me, I'm 6'2" and around 220lbs.
