At this stage, correct .... I too went down the path of the CVO tank trim but it got priced out way too expensive and I wanted to keep the "blacked out" look of my build so the Blackline was the obvious choice.
I saw the question asked of what parts are needed to convert the Non CVO console to the CVO console, but saw no answer. Ive got all the parts together and am ready to tuck in and git r done.
These are the parts you need from the CVO Breakout to convert the non CVO Breakout console:
Console, Tank Trim #70900271
Console screws (X2) #10200200
Console Gasket #70900272
Top Plate Assembly #61000053
Deco Line assembly (X2) #70900325
Deco Line elbow (X2)
Vent Line, right side (actual tank vent) #61100001
Vent Line, left side (dummy vent) #61100029
Everything will cost you about $700.00
The top plate on the non CVO has a mounting braket bolt that is in the cent of the top plate. The CVO model has two screw holes, for the #102000200 screws, at the leading edge of the plate. The top plate comes with the filter assembly so it is pricey, about $150. You could propbaly weld some kind of screw fitting bracket with a little German engineering and a little Mexican know how, but I prefere to just plug and play.
The left vent on the CVO is a dummy vent. It does not connect to the top plate, for the top plate has only one vent connector for the right vent. The left dummy vent runs down below the tank along the backbone about a foot and then dead ends. The right vent plugs in to the top plate at the right side, runs down the same rout as the non CVO Breakout; under the tank along the back bone, crosses over to the left of the bike, past the left of the battery, down past the left back of the battery, and dumps down left of the rear wheel.
Ill post some pics once I get it going.

Reason: adding additional part number for deco line elbow trim #26500006
LOL! I guess its a case of Harleyitis Symtoms include having no problem spending $700 for a stupid tank consol upgrade that will do nothing but look better.

Do you have the part# for the deco line elbow???
Actually, if you order from Surdyke the parts come out closer to $500. And this will fit nicely into a project I have to allow the whole mural on my FLSTS to be shown, with a little trimming, of course.

Thanks for compiling this list.
Might be cheaper to buy the Blackline dash and have it chromed.

Maybe, but a lot more hassle from up here. There aren't any reputable chromers, so unless someone else was going to coordinate things for me (cross-border, delivery, etc), it's a lot less hassle to buy it in chrome to begin with

Why not?
Isn't that the whole point of owning a Harley? We are surely not getting any performance for the money!! ;-)
Sorry I forgot to put down the docrative elbow part number. Ill be back to my shop next week and have the numbers there and will get them posted. Ill get some pics posted once I get going on it.
One part number I just came across and do have with me though is an upgrade that absolutely has to go with this project. Part #70900001A Combination Digital Speedometer/Analog Tachometer for the FXSB and FXSBSE. Plug and play uploads the odometer mileage. Dealer will have to flash. $257.00 at kutterharleyonline.com.
BTW, $700 for "Looks" upgrades are cheap. Performance upgrades cost $4000+, like the stage IV kit and 2 inot 1 D&D exhaust going on over the winter. Looking for 115+ horses and as many, if not more, torques!!! Mixing up some Black Diamond and Edge Cut line of controls to go on too.
