My understanding, at this point, is that at least one of the lines is a vent for the fuel tank. What the other is I don't yet know. A second vent maybe? Once I have all the parts I've ordered (some are back ordered), I'll know better what's ahead. If I am forced to fake it with the second one, so be it, but I'm sure I can pick up some braided hose MUCH cheaper than the kit price from Harley. If I need to pick up a couple small pvc T's or Y's to finish it off nicely so be it, but once I've got everything I'll be sure to report back.
What parts did you order?
My stealer dealer ordered me the CVO trim piece but he couldn't tell me if that came with the braided vent hoses or not. He also couldn't tell me anything about it. But he could charge me for it right away and then proceed to tell me after the fact that its on back order until mid August.
So did you order a "kit" or several parts?
I think the dealer only ordered me the trim piece and I have the feeling I need a lot more pieces.

Nope, there's no kit. You have to look through the CVO FXSB book and pick parts piece by piece. The braided hose assemblies are ridiculously expensive. I only have mounting tabs, rubber trim, and a couple screws on order. You're going to want to head back over there and look through the book for the assembly and then pick pieces out that you'll need. If I get a chance to go over there this week I can get a printed list of the parts I have ordered.
This issue is specifically concerning using the Blackline center console, correct?
At this stage, correct .... I too went down the path of the CVO tank trim but it got priced out way too expensive and I wanted to keep the "blacked out" look of my build so the Blackline was the obvious choice.

Bump...looking for any updates on conversion to CVO, or Blackline dash?
I think I'm gonna order the blackline parts online today. Went to the local SD Harley, took a look at the BL on the showroom floor, took some measurements and I think it will fit fine.
I'm still waiting on the CVO console to come in, and it's on back order until the 21st..
Like the other guy asked jack I would love to know the numbers needed to do this. I've wanted to do this the first CVO I saw. But my Harley parts guy is real bad. Every time I walk in and ask for something for my Breakout he says "can't get it, not available yet'. then I go online and order myself (losing my new bike purchase discount of 20%). I can't stand the guy. never ever helps me.
So I need the numbers to do this. I'm no expert but I think the second hose is a dummy hose. That's the main reason I want this mod. I love the look of those two hoses coming from the front.
So if you could get us the numbers we need to do this I will owe you my life sir...haha

thanks
P.S. if you can't, thanks anyways
Not a problem! I'll try to stop over there tomorrow and get pics of the CVO book pages covering this, and if I can't do that, I'll get the part #'s that I ordered.
