After owning spokes and mags, mags are the way to go. Easier to clean, never need truing, tubeless worry free. Have read of spokers claiming to be tubeless and have leaked. Baja's!!

Far out! You guys were supposed to provide me with a unaminous decision!

I spent the night messing around with the rear fender and the more I think about it the more I am thinking of parking the 200 idea and just putting a 150 on it.

With the very little time I have to spend cleaning my bike and with the dust in this place I am thinking the Baja's may be the winner. Also haven't seen them on a Slim so might try something new.

Thanks to all.

I'm not biased because I run fat daddy's on the Train but the slim to me wouldn't look right no's 2 and 3 on it 48. it has too many classic features to run any mag I think. maybe try something different like a 160 on a 18 x 4.25 rear and a 19 x 3 up front with a 120 on it to keep the meaty look balanced. Lower just the rear some if you haven't already. Maybe RW's out there but you seldom see the 18/19 combo. If you have 7.25 between the struts the 160 will fit.Just my opinion.

First option would be my choice.

Like that Baja Cut a lot. Tubless tires on that one too.

Can't go wrong with Fat Daddys. I've yet to see a bike that looked silly with them. DO IT!

For a Slim, I'd definitely go spokes. Any mag wheel just seems too...modern. Just count option 3 out. I can't stand those mag wheel spoke wannabe wheels. If you want spokes, get the real thing. The Baja is a good looking wheel, I will admit. But, on a Slim, you'd definitely be taking that bike a new direction and leaving old school behind. For the moment, I think your Slim would have some identity crisis issues with mags. But, hey, if we all did the same thing, what would be the fun in that?
