Did U use new muffler clamps???
if not Ur popping may be caused from air leaks where U muffs bolt onto the headers.. The clamps stretch when use and new ones should be used on new pipe install
when I had mine installed at the 1k, the wrench didn't get mine sealed and I had a bunch of popping a few KA-Booms on decell..
One call to Rush and the Tech told me within the first minute what was Wrong.. and he was right..
after I took my bike back to the dealer and they resealed the muff and re tuned it, 95% of the pops was gone.
