I installed a V.H. big shot long exhaust on my 06 Heritage Classic. I find that this exhaust system is very loud, however it has no or very little tone. If I had it to do again, I wouldn't. Has anyone ever ben displeased with their exhaust after installed.
I just put BS Standards on mine. Haven't ridden it yet so the jury is still out. But the plan was to ride it for a bit and then decide whether or not to get the QB's.

I had considered changing out the exhaust on my FatBoy, but after listening to the tone of various systems, I decided that I preferred the tone I'm getting with the "old style" (no crossover pipe) Screamin' Eagle II's.
They have a very deep tone without being 'over the top' and too loud under normal conditions. They will bark when you get on the throttle, but don't draw too much attention with light throttle use in residential areas.
