Spec Fat Boy Ford Harley edition 2004

Anyone know ant 'facts' have documentation etc.
I found a 2004 HD Fat Boy. Paint is black and orange with striping, looks similar to a Screamin Eagle tpe paint scheme. Has front fender decal with ford and Harley Davidson on it.
This supposed to be a commemorative fat boy in regards to the ford HD relationship.
I was told it was one of 13 made!!
