Can you post a STRAIGHT "Back Shot" of the bike and give details about the rear fender. Is it a total fab' or just or just modified from a pre-cut fender?
Thanks!
Rear fender started off with being an over the counter 11" wide softail type. We then added an additional 4" to the length, modified the license plate recess, fabricated the recess for the seat, etc ....
If you know a good metal worker then great, if not it's going to a really expensive exercise. I was lucky to have a good friend who owns a custom fabrication shop ....
Hopefully my "wrapped" front fender won't be so labour intensive .... we're doing a trial fit up later today.
That was me .... Had to weld a custom bracket off the fuel sender cover with a counter sunk fixing bolt to hold the Blackline Tank Trim. I'll take a pic of what the fixing bracket looks like when I get the bike back ...

How much 'massaging' of the fender was needed to fit the width of the BO? I fabricate on the side and love it!!!! This is something I would love to tackle in my spare time to somewhat replicate what you have done, just a little lower to add some hard bags and have the rear fender 'flow' with the bags.
Any info on where you got the fender ( part no... link to the store etc ) would be greatly appreciated... thanks!
hey congrats and welcome, really like the look of the mods.. personally, and really just personally that bike as it is now is begging for a wider handlebar. Have a look at the Wild 1 Knuckle handlebar, its about 37in wide vs the 33in or so of the stock. Im 6'2 and after adding this my slim just feels so much better, gives me a more aggressive ride and looks miles better.. just a thought bro..
Update thus far: custom "wrap" front fender installed
New wheels arrived yesterday and will get them fitted next week sometime - 2014 CVO Breakout:
The RSD Clarity Contrast Cut Derby, Cam & Trans covers will be fitted next week and whilst my bike is off the road, we' re going to undertake the project of cutting / shutting the rear fender struts with integrated turn signal LEDs at the ends.
I promise to take pics of the custom bracket for the fuel tank console.
The rear fender started life as a Kustomwerks Softail 11 Wide (#11443) minus the rear license plate frame (I used a side mount version and customized to fit) ... we added an additional 4" to the front, reworked the license plate recess, recessed the the seat into the fender, etc ...
