I just bought a new set of Samson pipes for my 04 Heritage. The instructions say I will most likely have to relocate my passenger floorboard. Any thoughts on what my options are?

 

Typically they mean to space them out further to clear the pipes. There are a few spacers out there.

 

I have a 2012 Heritage and I didn't have to add any spacers for the passenger footboards to clear the pipes. They installed without problem per the instructions. It is probably the same for your '04. If not, the worst case scenario is that you have to add a spacer and use a longer bolt on the footboard mount.
