OK I just found his sheet on his 09 NT with the same exact motor mods but he went with V&H's BSL's instead of V&H's BR's 2-2 he had on the 07 Deuce.

Point is U can really see a difference in the TQ in the low and High RPM's..
I make this point to show how much difference just Pipes can make.

The 07 Deuce with BR's 2-2 has a much flatter/better line (70# TQ VS 87#'s TQ @ 2500 rpms) while still make good peak #'s

So I went to the HD dealer and spoke with the head tuner yesterday about the various cam options. After discussing my riding style and where I wanted to see my preferred power curved he too also advised me that the SE-204 is the best option.

He had a Dyna 103 with V&H 2-in-2 / SE HB and these 204 cams that had just been serviced and he rode the bike out so I could hear it ...... it sounded insane!!!

That was enough for me to book that upgrade in for when the pipes / SE HB and the RT are done, which will be mid September.

I'll post Dyno sheets when I get them ... cheers to everyone for there advice and especially forum member Oct1949 for providing me with heaps of detailed information around cam selection

Been looking around and from what I can gather the SE-255 CAM seems to be a good fit but I then spoke to the dealer and they recommend the SE-259E cam kit.

Want to keep it all HD parts for warranty.

Anyone out changed there cam's on the Breakout and if so, what did you go with?

Thanks

Unhappy Se255

I did the SE255, V&H big radius 2-2, and SE heavy breather, race tuner and dyno.... It woke up the bike, unfortunately, not enough for me to get excited about it. Kinda disappointed.

Are you referring to the 259E?

I've been wondering what cam to with myself, so many choices. I too was considering staying HD for warranty purposes. I ride solo, 170lbs, and want more power for 0-60, not so much top speed.
