Default Deuce bags

For anyone with a Deuce. Will the hard bags (or soft leather for that matter) absolutely not work with the rear signal lights in the stock position...I like where they're at. I see the other options for other bags/set-ups. Could I just re-drill holes in the bags, or are the bags molded to fit the mounting hardware?

I have fox creek leather "Fatboy" bags mounted with easy brackets... and did not have to relocate the lights.

In J&P there is a big difference in the price of Easy Brackets and Ghost Brackets. Is there any difference in the quality or function?
