I had a fueling cam support plate and fueling oil pump fitted to my FXSTI.
Ever since these have been fitted my bike has always wet sumped. It was fitted by an authorised HD dealership who seem to think that because of the mileage I have done (7,000 in a year) this might be the cause of the wet sumping.
I think it is the pinion shaft runout being too great to accept the fueling system.
Or could the crankshaft scissor and make the pinion shaft runout exceed the specifications given by fueling within 7,000 miles?

Did you do those 7k on a drag strip? That is not excessive. I would look for a new dealer and I would talk to the techs at Fueling.
If the runout was bad and you are using direct drive gears that would have an effect on the cams... but a properly installed oil pump floats, to a certain extent, over the pinion shaft. That is why you should use alignment pins when you install the pump. In any event, >if< that could be an issue it should have been checked before the install was done.
