My scooter is just three months old and the dash was really looking bad. I took a close look at it and discovered that the original clear protectant had never been removed. Peeled it off and my dash is as it should be. Life is good!

 

I got some goat skin which is really thin and made my own. Didn't like all the glare it gave off.
Then used contact glue to mount it, been on the bike for 5 yrs and it still looks good.
